Snoreway

Work has been very busy recently, and eating into my evenings/weekends, so haven't really been up to a great deal.  Went to Bradley point again recently to try and catch some fish, good views, no fish though.  Must be the bait Iam using, or perhaps there just aren't many fish in the harbour..?  Bradley point is a pain to get to if you haven't got a car, but it has one of the best views of the harbour I think.

Ingunn has popped back to Snoreway for a small holiday, and seems to be having a great time, despite it raining there.  Her country has been voted best place to live by the United Nations for the 4th year in a row!

Have also been doing some reading last week. Just finished reading Irvine Welsh's The Bedroom Secrets of Masterchefs, another book based in Scotland very funny indeed; Interface by Neal Stephenson, not his best book but a good techno thriller; Hell's Gates by Paul Collin's, a fascinating true story of an escaped Tasmanian convict turning to cannibalism (read more about the story  here).

This is a useful guide if you haven't figured out how to eat with chopsticks.   I still prefer a fork & knife, easier to shovel food into your mouth.  And, after going down to the Moore Park driving range recently, and hardly hitting any of the 80 golf balls staright, i decided to consult the internet to diagnose the problem.  Here is a troubleshooting guide will tell you why the ball is moving in a certain flight path.   The golf coach, Nick Bradley, will tell you how to correct it. View of the harbour from Bradley Point (would be good for the NYE fireworks, no?)
