Just seen Downfall, very chilling and intense movie showing Hitler with the central role in the film, and portraying a human side to him. Well, human in that he was a frail old man towards the end, possibly suffering from Parkinson and seemed to love his dog and secretary. In the next moment though he'd be spitting out hate filled words on how he was pleased he cleasned Germany of the Jews and shuffling non-existent troops around on a map.
I still find it hard to understand how Hitler managed to get such a grip over his people.

Downfall
Just seen Downfall, very chilling and intense movie showing Hitler with the central role in the film, and portraying a human side to him. Unwelcome Visitors
We had an 8-legged, 8 eyed visitor this morning. He's decided to move into the gap between the bedroom windows. He isn't poisonous, but has 2 large fangs and hobbies include jumping at people when they aren't expecting it. I'm not so sure an 18cm huntsman spider will make a good pet, so we're hoping he'll go away and bug someoneelse.
